Speculoos is given and eaten by our children when St Nicolas is bringing gifts, on December 6th. It is a Belgian tradition, we eat those cookies from Fall until the end of Winter !
INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces, weight All-purpose Flour
- 5 ounces, weight Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 teaspoons Speculoos Spices Or 5 Spices (nutmeg, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Pepper)
- 5 ounces, weight Cold Butter
- 4 Tablespoons Milk
