Keep this nutrient-packed homemade granola on hand for a quick-fix breakfast or for snacking.   Munch on it dry, add milk,   or stir it into yogurt.  This recipe goes with Power Granola Parfaits



INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups regular oats
  • 1/3 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped slivered almonds
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
