INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce (ketchup)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornflour
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup spring onion (sliced)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 chili (optional small red deseeded finely sliced)
- 500 g prawns (shrimp cooked peeled and deveined)
