  • 2 (15 1/2-ounce) cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
  • 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans vegetable broth
  • 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • Flat-leaf parsley sprigs (optional)
