- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup plus 1 1/2 tbsp. coarsely crushed peppermint candies
