- 1 can quartered artichoke heart
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach
- 1 Tomato
- 1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese or 1 bag shredded parmesan cheese (etc.)
- light goat cheese
- pine nuts
- fresh basil
