INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces extra wide egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb cooked ham, cubed (about 2 cups)
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (Campbell's)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
