This recipe has a spicy, smoky kick and I love it! I reduced the fat and increased the flavor. Don't let the "make your own sauce" thing scare you. It's not hard and it's worth the effort.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup masa harina flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 medium sweet onion
- 3 roma tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- 3 cups Lettuce, shredded
