- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup carrot, grated
