- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 1/4 cup light coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 4 cups hot cooked basmati rice
