DESCRIPTION

This sauce is a tasty condiment for sandwiches and burgers. You can also baste chicken or fish with it. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to two days. If you can't find wildflower honey, substitute sage or eucalyptus honey.



INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup whole-grain Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup wildflower honey
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallots
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
