INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups kale, ribs removed and sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1/2 cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed (canned)
- 1 ounce feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 (3 ounce) can albacore tuna, drained and flaked
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard dressing (Simple Honey Mustard Salad Dressing or use Newman's Own Lighten Up Honey Mustard Dressing)
