  • 1/2 head boston lettuce, torn
  • 1/4 cup nicoise olive
  • 1/2 cup canned chick-peas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 ounce smoked mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 (3 ounce) can albacore tuna, drained and flaked
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard dressing (Simple Honey Mustard Salad Dressing or use Newman's Own Lighten Up Honey Mustard Dressing)
