I used a similar technique and ingredients from a recipe for chicken piccata. Dinner was ready in no time AND we enjoyed it!
INGREDIENTS
- kosher salt
- 2 ahi tuna steaks
- crushed black peppercorns
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon safflower oil (whatever kind of oil you have available) or 1 tablespoon olive oil (whatever kind of oil you have available)
