INGREDIENTS

  • half of a 1 lb. box barilla piccolini pasta, mini wheels
  • extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
  • 1 (5 ounce) can bumble bee prime filet solid albacore tuna
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • dried onion flakes, to taste
  • sea salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 finely grated carrot
  • 1/2 of a small Tomato, finely chopped
