- 1/2 lemon, zest of, finely grated
- 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
- 4 (8 ounce) fish fillets
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (optional)
