  • 2 lbs flounder fillets or 2 lbs other white fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for a nice twist, try lime juice!)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons good quality mayonnaise (Best Foods, Hellmann's, or Vegenaise)
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash hot sauce, to taste
