- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for a nice twist, try lime juice!)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons good quality mayonnaise (Best Foods, Hellmann's, or Vegenaise)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash hot sauce, to taste
