I get these ideas for new recipes all the time. Then … I jump up and try to create it. I think the angels in Heaven are wanting me to cook. One bite of these and you will be hooked! These little sliders are so easy to make and wonderfully tantalizing
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup FOR THE CHICKEN:
- 2 whole Vegetable Oil, For Frying
- 1 whole Chicken Breasts, Cut In Half Horizontally
- 2 Tablespoons Egg, Lightly Beaten
- ½ cups Frank's Wing Sauce
- 1 cup Self-Rising Flour (may Need To Double This Amount)
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons FOR THE WAFFLES:
- 1-½ cup Pancake Mix
- 1 whole Frank's Wing Sauce
- 2 pieces Cold Water
- ¼ cups Egg, (I Used Only The Egg White)
