- 3 whole Ham Hocks
- 2 whole Bay Leaves
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ cups Fresh Parsley, Minced
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Thyme Leaves, Minced
- 2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning (used: Tony Chachere's)
