DESCRIPTION

I used to use the same old queso recipe, until one day I decided to branch out on my own and I created what I think is the best queso I have ever eaten! Perfect for watching a football game or any gathering!



INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (1/2 Block)
  • 1 whole Mexican Chorizo Sausage Link, Cooked And Drained
  • 4 ounces, weight Sliced Olives (small Can)
  • 10 ounces, weight Rotel (1 Can)
  • 4 ounces, weight Green Chilis Chopped (small Can)
  • 16 ounces, weight Velveeta (Medium-Sized Loaf)
  • ¼ whole White Or Yellow Onion, Diced
  • 1 cup Grated Cheddar
  • 1 bag Cholula Hot Sauce, To Taste
