INGREDIENTS

  • 4 boneless trout fillets (1 pound total), patted dry
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup fine cornmeal
  • 3/4 cup full-fat plain yogurt, divided
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 lemon, 1/2 juiced and 1/2 cut into wedges
  • 1/3 cup roughly chopped fresh dill, divided
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
