- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Eggland's Best Eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup miniature marshmallows
