  • 2 teaspoons Whole Milk
  • 1-¾ cup Dried Lavender
  • 1 teaspoon All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • â…“ cups Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream
  • ½ cups Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ cups Canola Oil
  • 2 whole Sugar
  • 2 sticks Large Eggs
  • 2 cups FOR THE BUTTERCREAM:
  • ½ teaspoons Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Salt
  • 2 drops Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Heavy Cream
