- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 sheets phyllo dough (18 1/4 by 11 1/2 inches), thawed according to package instructions
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup unsalted pistachios, shelled, finely chopped
