Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves, toasted
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 3 large eggs
  • Zest of 1 lemon
