Any other ripe fruit, such as peaches or raspberries, can be substituted for the strawberries. Healthy Calcium-Rich Menu

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup skim milk or soy milk
  • 14 ounces strawberries, stems removed, roughly chopped to equal 3 cups
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 to 4 bananas, peeled, cut into chunks
