• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
• 5 tablespoons cold butter
• 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
• 1 Eggland's Best Egg, separated
• 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
• 2 teaspoons grated tangerine peel (about 2 tangerines)
• 1/2 teaspoon water
