• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• Dash hot pepper sauce
• 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
• 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
