- 1/2 cup water
- 1-2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 4 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
- Whipped cream
