Papeta pur eeda with cod masala salad

INGREDIENTS

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 25g/1oz butter
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 green chilli
• 2 garlic cloves

• 1-2 slender green chillies

• 1 heaped tbsp chopped fresh coriander

• 1 small red onion
• 1-2 tomatoes
• ½ small cucumber
• 1 small Cos lettuce
• ½ lime
• 1 tbsp finely shredded mint
• 4 slices white bread
