- 2 large shallots, minced
- 1/2 pound bok choy, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped basil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet chile sauce
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Sriracha sauce, for serving (optional)
