INGREDIENTS
- 6 rashers smoked streaky bacon
- 6 medium free range eggs
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved horizontally
- 50 -75ml double cream
- ml -2 chestnut mushrooms, sliced thickly
- 1 parsley, roughly chopped
- 1 plain flour
- tbsp cold butter, cut into roughly 2cm cubes
- 250 salt
- g ground paprika
- 125 cold water
- g sprinkle plain flour for dusting
