- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon coarse salt
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1¼ cups Irish ale (I used Smithwick's)
