  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1½ cups Arborio rice
  • ¾ cup dry white wine
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped Italian parsley
