• 500 Mild/medium ripe goat's cheese log
• g Sheets pre-rolled short crust pastry
• 2 Eggs, beaten
• 2 Butter
• 50 Olive oil
• g Leeks, whites only and finely sliced
• 1 Large white onions, peeled and finely sliced
• tbsp Slices Parma ham
• 3 Chopped parsley
• 3 Dijon mustard
