Sweet chilli chicken with garlic, lemon and coriander recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 2 chicken breasts, skinned
• 2 olive oil
• tbsp peeled and grated ginger
• 0.5 sweet chilli sauce
• tsp garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
• 1 lemon, grated zest only
• tbsp lime, grated zest only
• 3 sea salt and cracked black pepper
• 1 chopped coriander
• 1 pak choi leaves
• 1 baby herb salad
