INGREDIENTS

• 1 pound lean ground beef or pork
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 2 teaspoons dried Italian herb seasoning
• 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
• Salt
• 1 pinch Pepper
• 1 cup 10% or 18% cream
• 2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
