• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 1/2 teaspoons light corn syrup
• 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup chopped pecans
• 10 pecan halves
